Su Jianxi was undeniably tempted by Li Tingxiao’s offer.

The man seemed to exude a sense of security when he made his promise, too, so even though Su Jianxi knew he had no proof, she still chose to believe him.

“Why are you helping me get revenge on them? What are you after?”

“I’m after you.” As soon as he said that, Li Tingxiao lowered his head and put his lips over hers.

Su Jianxi gave him a unique feeling, something other women could not provide.

Su Jianxi’s breathing began to turn uneven. Li Tingxiao’s kiss was fierce and demanding, matching the aggressive way he approached her. It left her a little helpless to resist.

Li Tingxiao kissed the living daylights out of her in that obscure corner, so she had no choice but to hook her arms around Li Tingxiao’s neck.

Outside Heaven’s Entertainment Group, Su Jianxi withstood Li Tingxiao’s ferocious kiss.

Eventually, Li Tingxiao was almost about to lose control, so he finally and reluctantly let go of Su Jianxi. When he looked at her, he saw that the woman’s cheeks were rosy and her eyes moist.

“I really wanna eat you up right now.”

Su Jianxi’s head was buzzing, and she had no idea what she should say now.

It was only after she got onto Li Tingxiao’s bike and left Heaven’s Entertainment with him that Su Jianxi finally woke from her stupor.

She had actually believed that a man who stayed in a single apartment and rode a motorbike could help her torture those pieces of trash. What was wrong with her head?

However, that was not the only thing that surprised Su Jianxi.

Li Tingxiao brought Su Jianxi to the Municipal Civil Administration Bureau. After they got off the bike, Su Jianxi looked at the building before her and said confusedly, “Why did you bring me here? This isn’t where you stay.”

“Are you that eager to go back to my place?” Li Tingxiao teased her, his expression extremely suggestive.

Su Jianxi huffed. Why did this man keep twisting her words?

“I’ll satisfy you later. Right now, there’s something I gotta do.” Li Tingxiao picked up Su Jianxi’s hand as though it was the most natural thing in the world, walking her into the Municipal Civil Administration Bureau.

When Su Jianxi realized what the man wanted to do, she put up a struggle. “Even if we wanna get back at Shen Siming and Su Huanran, there’s no need to get registered. Li Tingxiao, your joke is going too far.”

Su Jianxi could accept sleeping with Li Tingxiao, but she really did not dare to marry him.

“Su Huanran is pregnant with Shen Siming’s child,” Li Tingxiao said calmly. After this woman found out about Shen Siming and Su Huanran, she was angry enough to pick up a guy at a bar. That was why he believed that she would do something rash when she heard that Su Huanran was pregnant, too.

People always did things they usually would not when they get carried away like that.

Su Jianxi completely stopped struggling. Biting her lip tightly, she followed behind Li Tingxiao without a word.

Their marriage registration proceeded without a hitch. As they walked out of the Municipal Civil Administration Bureau, Su Jianxi looked at the red booklet in her hands and began to regret it again.

It felt as though everything she had done since last night up to this point was hurting her more than it was hurting Shen Siming,

Li Tingxiao took the red booklet out of Su Jianxi’s hands and asked, “What do you plan to do next?”

“Get back into showbiz, crush Su Huanran, then expose her for her affair with Shen Siming. Also, Su Huanran’s my half-sister from another mother, but the Su Family Group is my mom’s, so I won’t let my dad legalize his relationship with Su Huanran and her mother.”

At that, Su Jianxi gave him a self-deprecating smile. “Don’t you think my family’s real messy?”

Li Tingxiao shook his head and pinched her cheek. “There are tons of families out there way worse than yours.”

Just as Su Jianxi was about to pull his hand away from her face, her phone rang.
