Chapter Eighteen
The kiss seemed to last forever but all too soon, he let me go and stepped back. I felt myself blush and I had to look away, feeling self-conscious. I stepped to the side, letting him in and closed the door again. I leaned against it and found the confidence to look up at him.
‘Hey’. It was all I could think of to say. He chuckled slightly and I couldn’t help copying him. ‘So.. you got my text then?’
‘Yeah, I got it’.
‘I’m sorry, I know it was wrong of me but... I can’t
Chapter NineteenI rolled over and snuggled up to Toby, but the blinding sunlight shining through the curtains made it next to impossible to get any more sleep. Groaning, I rubbed my eyes and blinked a few times as I got used to the brightness.Still squinting, I looked down at the sleeping man laid next to me and couldn’t help but smile. He looked so peaceful... And freaking adorable. Turning over, I grabbed my phone off the side and checked the time. It was nearly 10.We had slept in.I wasn’t too bothered, until…Shit! My parents.I threw the covers off and got out of bed, grabbing my discarded pyja
Chapter Twenty Toby’s Point of View As soon as I left the room, My mind went into overdrive thinking about everything. Yesterday was like a whirlwind. I broke up with Georgie and in the hours that followed, I was sleeping with Violet. Sure, it happened fast, but it just felt… right. When I was with her… making love to her, it was like something clicked in my brain. Sure there was an age difference and we didn’t live in the same place but... When I'm with her, that stuff doesn't matter and I refuse to think about it now and ruin my good mood. I was happy, genuinely very happy. My ha
Chapter Twenty OneGeorgie’s Point of ViewThe girls and I hung out for a little bit longer before I went and drove them to Joel and Ricks's house. Apparently, they had a double date tonight. They always do everything together, it's kinda creepy, but to each their own. These girls were on my side, I wasn’t about to start dropping truth bombs about their relationships until MINE is back on track.I sent Toby a message, telling him that I was sorry for how I acted before and that if he was free tonight to come over, we can discuss things then and sort out the house. It was like acid trying to actually type out what I wanted to say, but for the long run, I knew it had to be done to get him home.I sent it, and, ann
Chapter Twenty TwoGeorgie’s Point of ViewHeading to the door, I pulled it open to, of course, reveal Toby stood there. He had his hands in his pockets and looked a little awkward. I smiled at him. Honestly, I was pushing down a lot of anger, the fact it had gotten to this point just because he was infatuated with a little homewrecker, it pissed me off to no end!‘Toby, Thank you for coming’.‘It's fine. I’m glad we can get this sorted out instead of dragging it on’. I stayed quiet and just stepped aside so he could come in. He looked around before looking back at me.‘You haven’t packed anything yet’‘Not yet’.

Chapter Twenty Four Violet’s Point of View The three dogs had me backed into a corner, I put my hand out, trying to show I wasn’t a threat to them. I’d never hurt an animal, never in a million years. Where was Toby?! He said he would be here! Just as the dog in the middle moved to make its attack, Toby came out of nowhere and kicked it square in the face. It let out a loud upsetting yelp and moved away from me. The other two went over, almost as if to check it was OK, like they knew what had happened. I moved quickly, I tucked myself behind Toby, clutching onto his arm, terrified. As soon as the big, white dog got back to its feet and stalked forward again. ‘Don’t hurt them!’ I couldn’t bear to see any animal bei

Thank you :) Enjoy!-----------------------------------------------------------------------Chapter Twenty FiveViolet’s Point of ViewIt had been days since I last heard of Toby. I thought he was joking or even if he wasn’t, I really thought that he would message me at some point and explain or apologize... Something! But.. it's just been complete silence from him and I didn’t know what to do.Scrolling through my phone, I looked over all the messages I had sent him. Almost ins
Chapter Twenty SixA Few Weeks LaterMy alarm going off cut through my dreams and woke me up. I just groaned and leaned over to grab my phone, turning it off before rolling over again and pulling the covers over my head. Today was going to be busy. It was the first day of school tomorrow, and I was dreading it. All the questions and conversations about how amazing summer was… or worst still, MY summer. Everyone knew I was going away for pretty much the whole of the holidays and I’d already had multiple texts about how they ‘’couldn’t wait to hear all about it’’. I had decided to keep that summer and its events... With Jason and Toby to myself.I stayed under the covers for a little while longer before I forced myself to get up. I had a long day planned. I had Th
