Chapter Seventy Three -- Final ChapterNaturally, the first thing I did when I arrived in town was to try and call Toby, but it went straight to answer phone. I texted him a few times and gave him a chance to respond while I went and checked into the hotel I had booked for me and Axl. I figured it was probably best so that if Toby needed time to process everything, then we wouldn’t be crowding him. It was only booked for afew days, but I could always extend our stay if I needed to.…but hours had passed and he hadn’t even viewed the messages.What was going on?
