~ Chapter 43 ~
Amanda rushed into the hospital, with Malia and Mark running behind her "where is Alan Weasley and Jonathan West?!" She asked hurriedly, tears streaming down her face.
A while ago after they got the news from her brother, they were in a state of confusion and hurt as they didn't know which hospital they were admitted into. They spent over an hour driving around the hospitals in the city till the paparazzi got the news and shared the hospital, and they immediately drove over there.
"Ma'am please hold on" the receptionist replied calmly to Amanda. She started going through the computer before she turned to Amanda and shook her head. "Sorry ma'am, but their names aren't here" she muttered, feeling bad for her.
Amanda looked at her alarmed and shook her head rapidly, "check again, please. Alan Weasley and Jonathan West, a man in his middle twenties and a child of 7! Please check again" She pleaded, looking from the woman to the computer with her eyes wide open.

Amanda slid down the wall with her head cradled to her hand until she felt the coldness of the floor against her butt. Andrew stood beside Amanda, and they both stared wordlessly at the park that was filled with mostly children and their parents. They both have been standing there for over 5 minutes now, and Andrew's patience was growing thin "I do not have the time, nor patience to just stand here with you and look at annoying children all day. Amanda pushed her door open and exhaled loudly at the bone-chilling silence, she looked around the room with sadness as she remembered what it felt like to have Jonathan around. He would probably be playing games now or watching his favorite anime till she drags him up to bed. A loud sigh left her lips at the memories and she shook her head sadly and walked upstairs. She planned on heading straight to her room and packing all that she needs but instead, she found herself in Jonathan's room. "Why are you acting like he is dead? Alan was chatting and laughing happily with the squad; Adilah, Malia, and Mark, when the door crept open to reveal Amanda, who suddenly felt awkward when all eyes turned to her. Sadness and a gut-wrenching silence loomed over the hospital room where Jonathan's dead body laid, over 3 pairs of pain-filled eyes watched the nurses intensely as they removed all the tubes attached to his body and covered him up with the piece of white cloth that Amanda threw off him a while ago.
