Chapter 5

Sweat was dripping down her forehead. She was moving restlessly in her sleep and her breathing was rapid.

Her grip tightened on the seat handle as if she were trying to grab something precious and someone was trying to snatch it away from her.

She tried with all her might and started begging helplessly, "Don't take my baby away from me. Give me back my baby, please don't take my baby away"

The baby was also crying as if he understood that he was being snatched away from his mother's arms.

When the two masked men took her baby and left the room Amelia started screaming heartbreakingly. Her whole world started to darken before her eyes.

She slowly began to lose her way in the darkness. Just then, the sweet cries of little children started to flow into her ears, "Mommy, open your eyes."

That voice started to ring in her ears. This voice seemed very familiar to her. She started to follow that voice and slowly, the darkness started to pass away.

Finally, she opened her eyes. She opened her eyes and saw her two beloved children leaning over her head and looking at her with worried eyes.

Seeing their mother's eyes wide open, the children breathed a sigh of relief and asked in an anxious voice, "Mommy, are you okay? Should we call the air hostess for help?"

Ethan held his mother's hand anxiously. His face was pale with worry.

"Mommy, here drink water." Her little daughter Aurora took out a bottle of water from her bag and handed it to her.

Amelia felt regretful seeing the worried faces of her little beloved children. Seeing these little children worried about her, she began to blame herself.

She immediately wiped the sweat from her forehead and replied with a nervous smile, "I am alright sweetheart. Mommy is sorry for making you two worried"

After hearing his mother's words, Aurora, her little daughter, immediately said like a responsible person, "Don't worry mummy we will protect you. You can rely on us. And we will help you to find our older sibling"

"Princess was right, Mommy, don't worry, we are by your side and we will find our older sibling at any cost" Ethan nodded at her.

Hearing her children's words, she smiled and gently patted their heads and said, "I am very lucky that you two are my children, don't worry, I will find your older brother" Although Amilia said the words in a soft voice, there was still strong determination.

She decided to return to her country only to find her child. She wanted to find the child who was snatched from her arms right after birth.

And punish those who were involved in this disgusting act. Just then, the pilot's voice was heard, "The flight will land now, everyone, fasten your seatbelts."

As soon as the announcement came, Amelia checked if her children's seatbelts were in place, then looked out the plane window and her familiar city slowly became visible.

After a while, an international flight landed smoothly.

At the bustling airport, a tall and graceful woman with elegant makeup came out. Her body shape was so perfect that it looked like a sculpture made by the hands of a skillful artist.

Even though she was wearing a cap and sunglasses, they could not hide her delicate perfect facial features. Her long golden hair was soft and elegant. Her walking style was very elegant and civilized.

In this bustling and busy airport, her graceful appearance was attracting everyone's attention, and another thing that attracted everyone's attention was a pair of twins with the girl. The two children were walking hand in hand in matching dresses.

Seeing such cute children, everyone at the airport stared at them. The atmosphere seemed to stop for a moment. Seeing everyone staring at them, the two children smiled sweetly, which filled everyone's hearts with happiness.

Amelia looked at her children with pride. They waved at them and smiled. Then they came out of the airport and started waiting.

Returning to her familiar city, Amelia looked around with a gentle gaze and inevitably fell into memory.

"Mommy, you said Aunt Jenny would come to receive us? But she hasn't come to receive us yet. I think you should call her."

Hearing her son's words, Amelia came out of her old memory hole and took out her phone from her bag to call Jenny.

Just then, Aurora said, "Mommy, Aunt Jenny is coming, look," saying this, she pointed her finger forward. Hearing her daughter's words, Amelia looked forward and saw that Jenny was indeed running towards them.

Looking at her old friend, Amelia smiled softly. Just then, Jenny stood in front of them and said, panting, "I am extremely sorry for being late. There was a lot of traffic on the road, so I couldn't make it on time."

Saying this, Jenny handed her a bouquet.

"It's okay. Babies, meet your Aunt Jenny." Amelia looked at her children and introduced them.

Jenny knelt in front of the children and said with a smile, "Hi sweethearts, I am your Aunt Jenny, your mother's best friend.

Amelia, they are so perfect, I feel like I am standing in front of dolls." Jenny hugged the children with joy.

Ethan wrinkled his nose as she hugged them. He absolutely does not like strangers touching him.

Amelia smiled at the expression on her son's face and moved Jenny away. "Our Auntie is a silly person," Ethan muttered as Aurora hugged her mother's legs.

"Did you do the things I asked you to do? " Amelia asked Jenny.

Taking the travel bags in her hands Jenny spoke up, "I did everything as you said, don't worry." Then they left from there.

Ethan and Aurora fell asleep lying on the back seat of the car. Amelia was sitting in the front seat and Jenny was driving. "I am so happy that you decided to return to your country after all these years. Why would you run away when you have done nothing wrong? They are all enjoying your mother's wealth and living a luxurious life. You should take your mother's wealth from them"

"I didn't come here for any wealth, Jenny. I just came to find my child. I want to find my child at any cost," Amelia said sadly.

Hearing her words, Jenny said in a sad voice, "But we don't know who they were. How can we find him?"

Amelia then said firmly, "Even if we don't know, someone knows who they were. And I need your help to reach him."

Hearing this, Jenny said. "I am ready to help you in any way." Hearing her words, Amelia smiled softly and looked out the window.

Everything has changed a lot in these five years. This familiar city no longer seems familiar to her. After a while, the car stopped in front of a building. As the car stopped, Ethan said with sleepy eyes, "Mommy, have we arrived?"

Amelia looked at him and said, "Yes baby, we are here"

Amelia took her daughter in her arms. Ethan picked up her and Aurora's bags then they entered the building.

Entering the apartment Amelie put Aurora on the bed then came out. This two-room apartment was small but it was elegant.

Jenny looked at Amelia and said, "I have prepared everything. There are groceries in the fridge. Still, if you need anything let me know and I will bring it"

"Thank you so much for everything I couldn't have done all this without you" Amelia said in a grateful voice.

"I did what a friend should do. I wanted to be with you but I have to go to court right away. There is an important hearing today" Jenny was actually a famous lawyer in the city. She is the owner of a famous law firm.

"Of course, you can go to court now" said Amelia, Jenny then said goodbye to them and left.

When Jenny left, Amelia looked at her boy and said "Baby, you should also get some sleep, you must be very tired from the journey"

"I am not tired at all, Mommy, I will still unpack my things" Saying this he entered the room. Amelia then entered the kitchen to cook something for them.
