|4 Months Later|

The snores from Alana filled the room. Eva sat up in her bed. The pads of her fingers glided across the page of the book. One upside to being blind and reading a book? She didn't need light to read. Eva could read in the dark until her heart's content, Aside from Alana's slight snores and the thumping hearts from everyone inside the PackHouse. The night was quite serene.
