Chapter Six

Gemma opened the door and walked into his office. She came to a standstill just inside the door. She barely recognised the room from how the previous CEO had decorated it. Everything had changed, all the office furniture had been replaced with big, solid wood furnishings and it looked stylish. It was more modern, and Gemma couldn't help but wonder if he'd redecorated it himself. Either that or he had very good taste in furniture…

"Like what you see again, Gemma?" Grant’s voice was almost husky. It was almost as if he didn’t just mean his office.
