"Fuck it," Azriel grunted and looked heavenward. He squinted at thousands of water droplets gushing out of the shower. Hiss ripped from his throat as they crashed against his battered skin. Blood continued to drip down his body leaving a bloody mess on the white marble. Every drop felt searing and painful.

Jarek had sent healers to tend to his wounds but he had refused the help. He wanted to be taken care of by only one person, specifically a girl. His girl. The pain was excruciating. His back was burning and stinging both at the same time. He might bleed out if he didn't get the wounds closed up soon.
