“War it is,” Jilly declared as soon as they got home. Kook was the first one who approached her.
“They were there?” Kook asked as he already suspected because they had been keeping an eye on her for a while. “As expected.”
“They know about Grace,” Cayne stated, joining them in the conversation. He couldn’t understand how they find out about their daughter when they had done everything to hide her. He listened to her and never contacted Marcus’s household for her safety but now it got leaked, someone from their side must have done that.
“I told him to consider Rachel, but he seem to be convinced that she had nothing to do with them,” Kook said, pointing out his conversation with Marcus a while ago.
“I’m going to visit him,” Jilly stated. “No company needed.”
