Chapter Seventeen

Bracing myself for what seemed to be a fight. Viktor stomped over to our table as I pulled my hands from Dimitri. Dimitri looked a little surprised, but he also looked like he understood.

"YOU don't touch her!!" Viktor snarled.

"I wasn't doing anything that she didn't allow. Isn't that right, Brenna?"

They both looked at me. They both knew the answer, but seems I had to vocalize it to keep their dispute going.

"You both know the answer to that question." Feeling myself getting a little worked up.

Viktor looks down at me and says "What are you even doing here? Is this the reason you stayed away from school today? To talk to HIM!?" he practically yelled at me and thats a big no, no in my book. I just met this man, both of them, and there is no way anyone is going to tell me waht to do.
