Vexia’s POV

I was shoved down on the cold stone, and my palms scraped. Why are they insulting me like this? I was helpless. I took a deep breath, and I looked up at the two guards, their wolfish grins full of mockery.

I saw their long shadows stretched in the torchlight, feeding on my shame. For these moments, I wanted to shift, I wanted my wolf, so I could fight back like the Luna. But before I could move, another voice cut through the air.

“Enough.” The word was sharp, commanding. Both the guards froze at once.

Ronan Grey Thorn. He is the proxy Alpha right now… Stepbrother of Alpha King Alexander.

Roana walked toward us. He is tall and charismatic with short brown hair and a dangerous aura.

Each step he took was heavy and sure; he seemed the kind of man who bent others to his will. The guards dropped their heads and moved aside as he stopped near us.

“Let her through,” he ordered. They obeyed instantly.

I pushed myself up, brushing dust from my hands and clothes. For a moment, I felt a flicker of relief. Maybe Ronan wasn’t as cruel as he looked, but that hope was shattered immediately. I felt a sharp pain in my arm as his hand gripped my arm.

I feel the grip like steel, his fingers digging into my flesh.

“You are hurting me,” I hissed.

He yanked me closer, his palm sliding down my side, fingers pressing hard into my waist. My body stiffened with shock.

“W-What are you—?” The words died as he pulled me against him, so close I could feel his breath on my ear, and worse—the hard press of his body against mine.

“Pretty little thing,” Ronan murmured. His voice was low and teasing.

Ronan's hand squeezed my side, roaming with boldness. I felt disgusted, and I felt a ball of tears forming in my throat.

“So this is the girl my brother married. Alexander’s fragile Luna.”

I tried to push him away. “Let me go!” I said. But he didn’t move. A wide smirk appeared on his lips as he was enjoying this situation,

“My dear, your King is nothing more than a cripple,” he whispered, lips brushing my ear.

“He will rot in his bed. He can not touch you. He can not fulfill the needs of your body. Why waste yourself on him?” Ronan's words cut like knives. My throat tightened. I wanted to scream, but I couldn’t do anything; my eyes filled with tears.

“I will give you everything,” Ronan continued, his hand sliding lower towards my hips. His touch felt bold and shameless.

“I will give you pleasure. The power of a throne.”

“My dear, you just have to stand with me, and you’ll be more than a Luna hidden in the shadows. You’ll be Ronan Grey Thorn’s Alpha Queen when I take the crown.”

The world tilted. His words weren’t just arrogance; they were confessions. In that instant, a shocking truth hit me.

He poisoned Alexander.

It all made sense! The way he walked the halls like he owned them, the way the guards bowed to him more than to their King, the fear that clung to every corner of this place.

“It’s you,” I whispered, horror choking me.

I pushed him with all the strength I had, breaking free for a breath.

“Never!” My voice shook, but my loyalty towards Alexander burned hot.

Ronan only laughed. His cruel laughter followed me as I came into the office, slamming the heavy door shut. I was taking deep breaths, my hands trembling against the wood.

I heard the sound of a click and the lock of the door.

I turned around to find Ronan casually leaning against the door. The look on his face was like a predator whose prey had just run from his trap.

I saw his eyes glowing red, and the raw hunger in his stare ran a shiver down my spine.

“You run well,” he said, stepping closer, unhurried. “But you won’t escape me.”

“Stay back!” I pressed against the wall, fists clenched. I gulped, and the nervous sweat formed on my forehead.

His steps were slow, confident, and he stopped right in front of me. He smirked, then his hand shot up, and he gripped my chin, forcing my face up to meet his gaze. I can feel the burn of his fingers on my cheeks.

“Wow, such fire,” he murmured. “But look how your lips tremble when I touch you.”

“Let me go, Ronan!” I begged, my voice breaking. “Or—”

“Or what?” His smirk was poison. “Alexander will stop me? He can’t even open his eyes.”

Before I could turn away, his mouth crashed onto mine.

His tongue slid in before I could react. His kiss was rough and hot, and I could taste his passion, stealing the air from my lungs.

I pushed him, but he was too strong. My heart was beating in fear, and tears were stinging my eyes. He grabbed the back of my neck, holding me in place.

But worse than his strength was my own body’s betrayal. The heat of his lips sent a shiver down my spine, but I didn’t want to.

My knees weakened, my breath caught, and shame burned hotter than fear.

I hated him. I hated myself for the way my body reacted when my soul screamed no.

In desperation, I bit down, the sharp taste of blood filling my mouth.

He smiled, slow and dangerous, pressing his cock against my pussy.

“You say no, dear, sister-in-law,” He murmured in a rough voice, “but your body…” Ronan's hand went down in my dress, his thumb tracing lazy circles over my clit.

His fingers are touching my pussy over my underpants.“…your body is saying something else....”

I turned my face away, but I could feel the heat rising in my body. The realization split me open in fury and shame. Ronan has caged me in his orbit, and I feel as if I would never escape.

“Stop pretending,” He growled, pressing his mouth close to my ear.

“You can fight me by pushing me away, Vexia, but this wetness is not for my brother; it is for me.” He slid his palm lower, cupping my pussy fully now. I can feel my underpants soaking in my pussy water.

“No!” The scream ripped from me, raw and broken.

(Vexia’s POV)“Where is he?”My voice echoed through the chamber, broken and hysterical. My entire body trembled violently as I shoved another guard away from me, tears blurred my vision so badly I could barely see anything anymore, but I didn’t care, nothing mattered except Elva.“Where is Alpha Knox?!” I screamed again. “He said he would protect her! He promised me!”But nobody answered me, nobody dared come close to me. The entire pack looked destroyed. Wolves rushed through the corridors trying to contain the damage left behind by the attack, but I couldn’t focus on any of it. My daughter was gone. She is gone. The word alone felt like someone tearing my chest apart repeatedly.“Elva…” I whispered weakly before another sob escaped me.I couldn’t breathe properly. My mind kept replaying her crying face, her tiny hands reaching for me while I stood there helpless and weak. I should have protected her. I should have fought harder. I should have died before letting anyone take her aw

  • My Two Alpha Mates    CH:70 An Unexpected Attack

(Vexia’s POV) The first thing that woke me was the sound. It was not loud at first, but then the disturbance outside was so great that it pierced the walls of my room. The fear pulled me from sleep before my mind could understand why. My eyes snapped open, and my breath was uneven as I lay still for a second, listening to the screams outside. My heart was beating so fast; something was wrong. I pushed myself up immediately, exhaustion forgotten as instinct took over. I looked around but the room was cold and quiet. Knox wasn’t there, that alone made something uneasy inside me. Another shout echoed through the walls, closer this time, followed by a loud crash that shattered whatever calm remained. I didn’t think much, moved barefoot, and I rushed toward the door and pulled it open. The corridor was chaotic. The guards were running, the voices overlapping and orders being shouted but nothing felt controlled and nothing contained. “What’s happening?” I grabbed a passing guard. “

(Vexia’s POV)I couldn’t breathe properly after he pulled away not because of what had just happened—But because something felt… wrong. No, not wrong.l but familiar, dangerously familiar. My fingers were still gripping his shirt when I realized I hadn’t let go. My body was still too close to his, still aware of every inch of him, every rise and fall of his chest, every quiet breath that brushed against my skin. And that was when it hit me. I inhaled his scent and I froze completely. My grip loosened slightly, but I didn’t step back. I couldn’t. My mind was too busy trying to understand something my instincts had already recognized. In our first encounter, I was too afraid and overwhelmed to feel anything or understand his scent and touch but right now, I am all aware of him. His scent was subtle and faint. But it was there. It feels so warm, comforting and I feel safe.My heartbeat began to pick up—not from desire this time, but from something deeper, something that made my chest ti

  • My Two Alpha Mates    Chapter 68: The Edge of Control

(Alexander’s POV) Vexia was exactly where I told her to be. She was all cleaned up and wore a beautiful red night gown, she was waiting for me. The moment I stepped into my chamber, the door closing behind me with a quiet, final sound, my eyes found her instantly. Vexia stood near the center of the room, her posture stiff, her fingers lightly clenched at her sides as if she didn’t know what to do with them. The dim light softened her features, but it did nothing to hide the tension in her expression. She wasn’t calm. She wasn’t composed. She was waiting—and I could feel it, something unsettled in the air between us. I felt something that hadn’t been there before or maybe it had always been there, and I was only noticing it now. I didn’t speak immediately. I let the silence stretch as I walked further inside, each step measured, controlled. My gaze never left her. She swallowed. That small movement didn’t escape me. “You came,” she said quietly. A simple sentence, yet filled with

  • My Two Alpha Mates    CH:67 The Truth Beneath Silence

(Alexander’s POV) The echo of her footsteps hadn’t faded from the corridor when silence settled back into the dungeon. It was heavy and oppressive. It feels as if something was left unfinished. I didn’t look at Ronan immediately. I didn’t need to. I could feel his gaze on me, sharp and unrelenting, like he was waiting for a reaction, for a crack, for something he could use. He would be disappointed. I turned slightly toward the guards instead. “Keep him restrained and no one touches him without my order.” My voice remained calm and controlled. Then, colder, more deliberate, “Treat his injuries. I want him to be conscious. Give him something to eat and let him rest sometime... I will come back." I gave my order. The guards stiffened. “Yes, Alpha Knox.” A quiet, humorless sound came from behind me. “So you can question me properly?” Ronan muttered. I didn’t turn. “Because I haven’t decided yet.” I was feeling betrayal and my inner turmoil was being too much to handle, she said

  • My Two Alpha Mates    CH66: Between Two Echoes

(Vexia’s POV) The air inside the prison felt wrong the moment I stepped in. It was heavy and thick; I felt like I shouldn't be here, but I couldn't let Knox harm Ronan. Why does it have to be like this? Why did Ronan do this for me? My footsteps slowed without permission as the door shut behind me. The sound echoed too loudly, bouncing off the stone walls until it felt like the entire place was watching me. I don't know how I regained consciousness but the first thing that came into my mind was to go see Ronan, I will beg Knox not to do any harm to him. But why do I feel like this? What am I doing? Alexander, I am sorry; I said it in my heart and took hurried steps to reach the cell. Ronan. He was bound, bruised, and still standing in the only way he could—through defiance but the moment his eyes landed on me, something in his expression shifted.
