Astraea's POV

The cold increased near my neck like invisible frost-lapped hands were choking me. I yelped in pain and immediately shut my mouth with my hands. If Zeus or the girl saw me in this state, I really won't know how to explain them.

Pulling myself together, I stumbled down the corridor. The biting icy feeling was slowly spreading throughout my body and paralyzing me. Yet, I walked and dragged myself till the huge door of the old library came into view.

The university was almost empty and students don't use this library much. Hence, no one is going to be here.

I pushed open the huge oak door, and the light of the corridor dived through the little opening into the cold, dark room.

I collapsed near the bench. Taking deep breaths I tried to calm my heart.
