The vegetables were sandy,Lillian wondered where the market women bought their vegetables from, it's always very difficult to clean them and it required a lot of water while rinsing it.
The Scotch bonnet had a strong aroma and it made Lillian's nostrils hot, her fingers would be hotter later. Lillian chopped many pepper, she likes her fried vegetables spicy. She checked the boiling yam on the cooker. She had peeled half of a large yam by mistake.
When she was done with the cooking, she called Mark and asked him if he was close to the house. He asked her to prepare the dining for three. She wondered who Mark was coming home with.
While arranging the table,the door opened and mark walked in with Jay behind him.
