That night, he kept steering in the bed like a kid, the distance between them was more than he liked. Instead of snuggling with him, she held on tight to the damn pillow like her life depended on it, and he desperately wanted to replace the pillow .

He glared at the damn thing and wished it would just vanish then his little angel would have no choice but to run into his waiting arms.

Adrian hated the fact that he had to fight for attention with a mare pillow and he wasn't going to let it win, he tugged the pillow away from her, and half expected her to wake up and ask for the annoying pillow but she didn't wake.

Instead, she reached out in her sleep, and in her attempt to pull back her missing pillow, she pulled him in instead. Just what he wanted.
