Laughter filled the entire room. I was completely stunned when the lights suddenly turned on and I found almost every pack member staring at me.

“Oh my god, her body looks like a pig!”

“Is this really the kind of girl Alpha Noah chose as his Mate?!”

Cruel remarks came even from the female members. My heart shattered—what I thought would be a beautiful first night turned into the most horrifying and traumatic experience of my life.

“Put on some clothes, stupid!”

A large piece of fabric was thrown at me. I had nothing on—not a single thread covered my body.

I hurriedly grabbed the cloth and wrapped it around myself.

“Come with me. Now.”

Suddenly, Noah grabbed my hand, yanking me forward. He was grinning with a sinister expression, his eyes filled with nothing but hatred.

What was happening? Wasn’t he all smiles and love during the wedding ceremony earlier today?

“Ow!” I cried out in pain from his harsh grip.

He dragged me like some discarded pet. People jeered at me, and in that moment, I felt like I had no dignity left.

Noah didn’t say a single word to reprimand anyone who had just humiliated the luna of this pack.

He dragged me into a room in the far corner of the third floor.

Then he pushed me hard, and I fell to the floor.

“Stupid girl!” Noah locked the door and glared at me. “Did you really think I liked you? That I loved you?”

“What do you mean, Noah? We’re mates... Why would you say something like that?”

“Ha! Say that again and I’ll make you regret ever being born, Isla! Look in the mirror and see how disgusting your body is!”

I forced myself to stay calm. I stood up slowly and tried to walk toward him, but he slapped me.

“Don’t come near me! I never wanted you as my mate, you idiot! I only married you out of gratitude—because your parents once saved mine! And now that I’ve married you, and your pack is under my control, we’re done!”

It felt like a thousand hands were squeezing my heart. The pain was unbearable—I couldn’t breathe.

This had to be a nightmare, a cruel prank. But the look in Noah’s eyes was real. He no longer looked at me with warmth. He was disgusted by me.

“So you mean… you want to—”

“Yes. But I’ll do it later. After you witness something spectacular, Isla.”

I rushed toward him, trying to hug him. But instead, he shoved me again, and I fell to the floor.

“I told you not to come near me! Are you deaf?!” Noah snapped.

“I just want to understand why you’re doing this, Noah! Didn’t you say you loved me? And you even gave me that potion from Elder Ken to help me get pregnant and give you an heir?!”

Noah rolled his eyes and burst into laughter, as if what I said was the funniest joke.

“Your brain must be buried under all that body fat! That wasn’t a fertility potion, you fool. It was a sedative! That’s why you better hope your wolf decides to help you, though I doubt it. Can you imagine how revolting you are?”

My body trembled at Noah’s words.

It’s true—I couldn’t summon my wolf.

A curse was said to exist when someone had no connection with their wolf at all. But I could still sense her instincts—I just couldn’t communicate or call her out.

People believed I was simply stupid, not cursed. Even my late parents had said I was the weakest among my siblings.

“Come here!”

Noah pulled me again, this time forcing me to sit in a chair.

“Stay here. Or you’ll face something even worse.”

He walked to the door and gestured at someone.

“Hey, Alpha Noah!”

A woman walked in, dressed in a skimpy outfit. She was gorgeous. Wait—not just one woman. Five!

Cheers erupted from outside. All five women sat seductively on the bed.

Noah walked toward them with a sly smile. He took off his shirt.

“Noah! What are you doing?!”

“I want you to see what real women—worthy women—look like. Women who deserve to be with an Alpha like me. Remember, I’m a top actor and a supermodel. Can you imagine the media backlash if I showed up with you in front of the cameras?”

I broke down in tears just as Noah started making out with those women.

Between sobs and gasps for breath, I tried to speak.

“Alpha Noah… I—I’m leaving.”

Just as I tried to stand up, Noah paused and picked up one of the women in his arms, standing right in front of me while she continued to kiss him passionately. It was revolting.

“I, Alpha Noah Presscott, hereby reject you, Isla Montgomery. From now on, you are no longer my wife, my mate, or my luna. You are also no longer a member of the Green Diamond Pack. Leave this place with nothing—not even your clothes.”

I swallowed hard and looked at my hand. The mark of the Green Diamond Pack had vanished.

I was a rogue now.

Noah shoved me toward the exit.

My hands trembled as I reached for the doorknob. People immediately started throwing insults and cruel laughter.

“Bye, stupid girl!”

“See? That’s what happens when you act like you’re our luna!”

I lowered my head and walked forward.

I couldn’t survive as a rogue—I knew I’d die.

Before that happens… maybe it’s better if I end my life now.
