Nathaniel’s Obsession

Rosalyn woke up early the next morning to find herself resting on Nathaniel’s chest. She didn’t intend to sleep for that long, but it turns out she was just still very comfortable in his arms. Nathaniel was still asleep. She watched how his lashes fanned his cheekbones. She had noticed how attractive he was when he wasn’t keeping a scowl on his face. She instinctively placed a small kiss on his lips before she made her way out of bed and into the bathroom. She took a quick shower and brushed her teeth before she made her way to the fridge. She had no food. She only had some stale bread on the counter and nothing else. She would finally have to go grocery shopping today.

Rosalyn picked up her phone and proceeded to return her mother’s missed call. She had too busy last night to even hear her phone ring.
