Chapter 35.

Arnold was rushed into the operation room just immediately we got to the city hospital. I paced about the reception in his blood stained all over my pink pyjamas. A familiar smell overcame me, the pungent smell of the hospital that reeked of my nostrils. 

The smells of sickness, antiseptic, mortality, the putrid smells that would make you never want to be in here. This is not a place anyone wanted to be. Not even the problems and the tears you see in patients faces. The place was clean and tidy, so I  don't need to feel irritated about anything at all.  

Just then, a patient was rushed in with an oxygen in his nose. The female guardians eyes were heavy with tears as she roamed about in confusion. She was a slim and dark skinned lady robed in a fabric styled in gown. Her hair was messy, in brown colour. She wandered down to the waiting room where few patients are. I guessed those ones are appointed patients.
