CHAPTER 5

JACK'S POV:

"What are you tryin' to say? Did we do something that made you think of talking about my organization now?" I commented on his question.

He shook his head with a sigh. He even held his tuxedo and felt something inside it. I just watched his every move and the thing in his hand. What's that?

'An envelope?'

"It turns out that you are the one in charge of the Black Rose, given by an enemy. At first, it was strange that the letter was brought to me. I thought I don't have any relationship with the Black Rose Organization. But now it has been answered." He said, he still couldn't believe it.

I just nodded and took the envelope from his hand that was already extended to me. I looked at him again and even at his new wife who was also staring at me.

"Tsk! What's in this envelope and managed to give it to you instead of bringing it to us?!" I said with no emotion and ended up getting a piece of paper inside of the envelope with a letter on it.

I scan each corner of the paper first before placing the envelope on the table. I also felt the arrival of what we ordered but I didn't pay attention to it.

What's this? Are they fooling me? What are they saying...wait! What?

"Are you sure this is really from the enemy?" I even reassured my daddy who was also surprised by my behavior.

"Yes, what do you think of me? A cheater?"

"Tsk. Whoever they are... be prepared for their own life. I'm not joking with them." I made a threatening promise to myself and just clenched my fist, where was the paper I had just read.

"What do you mean? What's inside the letter?"

"The Mafia King in Black Rose is gay. Because of our organization name. Whoever you are referring to as 'enemy' just make sure he is a man. If he happens to be gay, I can kill him in no time. " After I said that, I thought about getting up from my seat. The two were still surprised by my behavior.

"Where are you going? It's here-"

"That's up to you, Dad. I have something else to do."

"D-don't tell me you're going to find them?"

"What am I? A fool? Think about the number of my opponents, will I be able to identify them right away? I just have something important to do. There you go!" I said disrespectfully and just walked out of this restaurant.

"JACK KREAN MILLER! GET BACK HERE! NO ONE WILL EAT YOUR LASAGNA!"

I even heard Dad yell my whole name and even the lasagna I ordered. Is that even my problem? If he doesn't want it, then give it to the needy one. I don't want to order that.

"Ma'am please... d-don't be like this...I-I'll do anything as long as you don't fire me." I heard a woman begging after I got to the counter.

Her voice also seemed familiar, but I couldn't identify who it was. Then even if I wanted to look back at the girl, I couldn't. I still have to go to the bookstore before my organization.

I will not let go of what that enemy did to me. Whoever he is, just prepare for what I will do to him or his member. I can't forgive them.

"No! If you're just like that. What else can I expect from you? If you want a decent job, make up your mind!"

"Tsk!" I just shook my head at the last thing I heard from the manager, I think, before finally leaving the restaurant.

I still looked around to see where I parked my car. I only used an ordinary car today so it makes me wonder which of these is my car.

I took a step towards the left lane and finally saw the sign on my car. Some bt21s landed in front of the car window. It's inside so no one can steal it from me.

I was about to get there so I could leave the restaurant immediately when someone passed in front of me. I was hit on my shoulder so I turned to the left position, fortunately, the woman's impact was not that strong, if it is, then we will gonna hit on the floor.

I thought she would stop and then apologize, but it was obvious that she was in a hurry. Then I also noticed that she had glasses on her eyes. I feel like I know her.

I think she was the waitress earlier. Yeah! She is! Wait...why did she leave her job so early?

Was she the one the manager was scolding earlier? But why? Then why am I worried about that woman, I should be angry because she doesn't know how to apologize.

"Haist! What's wrong with you, Jack?" I shook my head and snorted to myself and hit my forehead. I winced because of how hurt it was.

'You're so stupid. Tsk!'

I just went straight to my car. What else can I do to myself just because of that girl? I don't know, but the power of the impact of its presence.

"Haist!"

***

"What are you doing, Ms. Samantha?" I snorted angrily after seeing Samantha flirting with the men at the counter.

While the women are impatient with her slowness in her service.

Others just sneer in annoyance. While some just walked to leave the store without buying anything because of her.

I even heard from a customer who gave a bad comment at my bookstore after he passed in my direction.

'I've known it! I'm not wrong in my conclusions.'

The surprise was obvious to the librarian. She stood up and quickly bowed in front of me. Does she think I can forgive her that easily?

'Tsk!'

"This is not the hour of flirting. I'm not paying you a lot just to flirt. But, if you like to flirt and seduce some guys. Then, why don't we let it out? Hmm?" I smirk at my librarian whose name is Samantha. Shock and depression were obvious to this woman.

The men also moved away because they sensed my evil presence. But none of them left my bookstore.

"S-Sir... I-I'm sorry... I-I will never do...i-it...a-again...j-just please...s-spare my life." She was crying while begging. She was about to hold my hand to make her plea more realistic when I firmly held her forehead.

I don't care if she's a girl or not. When it comes to my property, I won't let people like this woman pass me by.

"Oh, sweetie I'm not going to kill you. But, I'll help you to seduce guys, you want?" The woman quickly shook her head.

She's nervous about what I can do.

"N-no...no...sir please...no!" But she can't stop me. She can't stop her boss who is ripping her uniform.

When I finished tearing off the top and bottom of this uniform, I grinned devilishly.

'Perfect!'

"You're welcome sweetie, don't cry. I'm just helping." But Samantha ignored what I said. She hurriedly ran away while holding her delicate body because I tore her uniform.

I turned to the audience with a smile and bowed to them all.

"I'm sorry for what my librarian did. If you're asking me why I did that? Because she deserved it. Customers shouldn't be made to wait... especially women just because of flirtatious MEN."

"Okay! I'm done. Are you going to buy anything or are you going to leave like the girl who ran?" I just asked everyone and went straight to the counter.

No one will do it but me. That's why there's only one here, instead of the many that should be because the bookstore is big. No one dares to jump in to take the opportunity that is in front of them because of my attitude.

"Me!"

"I'm in!"

"Brother!"

"She deserves it, brother! She's a flirt!"

That's how surprised I was by the women's answer. I thought my customers would also disappear.

I would kill that Samantha early if it happened.

"Okay... as long as you don't miss out. All those who didn't leave have a 70% discount on what they took. And those who come back have a chance to get the book they've been looking for for a long time. Just write it on this bond paper. Whoever is lucky, congratulations!"
