 While we waited for the signal, we split off into groups surrounding three sides of the compound. We each had a brick of C4 that we would place on the wall to blow our way into the compound. I had realized that this was not going to be graceful. We were not going to be able to sneak in quietly, we were about to make a lot of noise. 

  “All teams get ready to set bombs,” Noah said over the radio.

 He kept his eyes on the watchtower to see when the guard turned and when he was facing us. We had to time this perfectly or we would give away our position. 

  I got into position and when Noah motioned, I ran to the wall and placed a brick of C4 on the wall. I waited for Noah to motion again then ran back to the cover of the woods.

  “Bombs set.” team one and two said across the radio. I breathed a sigh of relief that they were able to set
