Chapter 15

Just as I was about to close my eyes, someone kept me awake again. In fact, my body jumped from the shock of such a loud voice. I hurried to get up and see what was happening outside. As soon as my eyes recognized who was making the noise, I sighed. Apparently, it was Thane. It seemed like he was still angry and was venting with that action.

"Thane?" I called out but was ignored by him.

Thane walked over with a very cold face. His anger seemed to radiate and could be felt by everyone in this place.

I wasn't the only one surprised by Thane's actions. All the servants who heard also came out and bowed when they found out who did it. Thane walked with heavy steps. I glimpsed a wound on his hand, but I wasn't sure because it looked like a tattoo.

"What happened?" I asked softly, hoping Thane wouldn't hear me.

Thane was still wearing his white shirt, and the tattoos on his body, although faint, I could see them. Not only that, but I could also see his perfectly defined muscles.
