Dylan's POV:

After Leilani left my office yesterday Asher looked at me quietly.

I remember our conversation went like this;

"You are really engaged to her? I didn't know you were dating." He said. I can feel it. He doesn't believe it.

No one knows me so well like Asher. We have been friends since middle school. He knows everything about me, including what I don't want others to know.

"Yes, engaged." I mumbled.

"It is good. I am happy for you. Secretary Carter is good for you. She is smart and beautiful, very fitting. At least you can finally move on from....."
