SATURDAY morning came. Dione’s lips are painted with a smile. It was as if she was smiling through her sleep. When she passed by on her younger sibling, Danny, he called her Pennywise again. But she turned deaf to it. It was as if she had not noticed or heard her brother’s teasing.

DIONE is just silently watching the trees they passed by as music is blasting on her ear through the earphone she’s wearing. She’s with her mother, the one who’s driving the car, and her two younger siblings sitting at the back. They’re on their way to their new home. Well, it’s her mom’s long time boyfriend’s house. She needs to transfer to a new school, adapt to an unfamiliar environment, socialization, and most of all, it’s far from the city.
