Chapter 33

Braxton-

“She is back.” Sebastian said as soon as they walked into the clubhouse.

For the last few hours since returning, I have been sitting here going stir-crazy. I wasn’t sure what to do and I was afraid to leave the clubhouse with the chance of running into Izariah. I can’t seem to get her out of my head, no matter what I try.

“What do you mean she is back?” I asked, looking from him to Jace who looked as if he had just seen a ghost.

“Who do you think?” Lex said, joining in as he came in the door from behind them.

My first thought went to Izariah because I was sure it was about time for her to get off work. That and she was the only female I had on my mind right now. I didn’t understand why Jace would look as if he saw a ghost if it was Izariah though.

“Jace’s love interest.” Lex laughed, shoving Jace in the arm playfully.
