Elijah left the baby in the nursery and headed to the reception hall where Leo was waiting. He looked as tired as him as they spent hours in the hospital without resting or eating.

"Hello," Elijah approached the receptionist. "Can I see Alexander-Walker now?" he asked with a weak voice.

"A moment please," the woman searched in the computer. "He's in the ICU. You can see him. I will send a nurse with you." she said before calling her colleague. "Please accompany him to the ICU."

The nurse smiled at Elijah, "Will you follow me, please?"

"I'd like to go too," Leo joined them. "I want to see Alexander." he looked at Elijah with sad and desperate eyes.

"You both can go, but you'll need to wear a mask and a gown for hygiene matters."
