It was finally Alexander's third month, and the doctor said that he might give birth in five or seven days.

"Alexander, I told you to rest, please. I will prepare dinner, so rest, okay?" Elijah was worried about his mate, and he wanted to make sure he rested well.

During the last months, he cooked his meals, helped him wash up, and bought everything he craved. Sometimes when he was busy with work or had an urgent meeting, he would call Matthew and Levi to stay with Alexander at home.

Elijah thought it was difficult as Alexander kept changing moods. He didn't accept his pregnancy easily, and he didn't leave home for weeks, afraid of what others would say about him. His friends visited him from time to time with his brother, and they managed to convince him that it was alright for a male to carry a baby. They even told him that he and Elijah were lucky.

"I want hamburgers," Alexander said, stroking his big belly.

Elijah chuckled and ruffled his hair,
