CHAPTER 71: HE IS VERY COMPLICATED

“I don't.” I shook my head so quickly while gazing at his dark eyes that boee directly to mine.

“Okay.” He nodded without a question, still not leaving my gaze.

“Her name is Mabel!” My question came out as a statement out of my mouth and I thought he would be angered by my audacity but I was surprised he wasn't angry.

“Yeah.” He nodded then turned to me again,

“What were you looking at in my office?” I trembled a little at his question.

I didn't like to be reminded of that day.

“H-how are you feeling?” I pointed at his head and he smiled at me.

“Don't tell me you care about me after trying to harm my brains.” He continued before I could answer him,

“By the way, I was so curious. How did you do it?”

“I don't know.” I admitted.

That was the truth. I wasn't aware of what I did to him that day that he ended up being in extreme pain.
