8. Not Again!

LEONARDO…….

There she was sitting in front of the piano, her back was facing me. I sneaked into the room without making any noise so she didn't have any idea that someone was there in the room except her. Her fingers were flying over the keys, and she'd entered the sonata's final movement.

Throughout all the time she was playing the last movement I stood still there. My body was frozen and pulse-pounding wildly at the sheer impossibility of what I'd witnessed. She was incredible. I had played this sonata many times before but it never sounded like this. There was something in her that made the sonata so beautiful as if she just put soul into the music.

"Marvelous." I clapped my hands in appreciation.

Susanna visibly tensed and she immediately whipped around. Shock and confusion suffused her face. "What are you doing here?" Raising her left brow she asked me.
