The Dark Lord

Once upon a time, there once lived a Dark Lord who claimed to be a king of Lycan. Wearing only the finest of clothes and bathing in riches, he boasted that his lifestyle was a life of luxury as if the world was his oyster.

Nevertheless, there is an innocent fairy whose job was to defeat every evil force in the world.

With locks of hair that were as dark as ebony, matching the prettiest eyes that were the softest shade of green that could be found. Soft and glowing, her delicate skin resembled a warm caramel shade that shone brilliantly in the sunlight; unlike anyone else, she was unique in appearance.

Moon was her name, and it was fitting for the innocent, fairy-like creature she was. Those who passed by her throughout her at the flower garden were awestruck by her beauty. Some would say they fell in love at first sight, while others might think that they had been bewitched by the enchantress.

But in tribulation when all the evil forces were behind that fairy, Moon walked into the Lycan's sight, his heart clenched with desire, and he knew without a doubt in his heart that the beauty belonged exclusively to him; he had to own her.

He became increasingly enamored with the young fairy, and soon Moon became his dark obsession, his sole object of admiration like a dove enclosed in its golden cage. Even though he had a deep-seated evil running through the veins of his body, he was believed to be a kind-hearted individual by most people.

He was, however, built on lies and deception because underneath the jeweled mask he wore, there was a hideous face that was twisted with disgust, greed, and insatiable lust that often radiated from his soul.

Then, one unfortunate day, during the dark hours of the night, he captured and brought back Moon to his hidden kingdom as an object of exquisite beauty that had never been seen before.

The king falls in love with her innocent kind heart and enchanting beauty. He kept her as his most cherished possession.

As the years passed, they both fell deeply in love with each other and both started living their lives happily. The Kingdom was very happy because their king had found a queen and both of them were soon going to give them an heir.

But it doesn't take long for happiness to have an evil eye. Fairy's enemies thought this was a good opportunity to defeat her because in their opinion love makes people weak.

They detained the dark forces in the body of that fairy and the black shadow started to come out of her mouth and she screamed in pain.

The king wanted to save her at all costs but the evil power has damaged her body from the inside, she will not die unless he kills her. The dark lord had tears running down his cheeks for the first time in his life he experienced immense pain.

Mated or not she is still the other half of him and her soul will not leave her body unless he puts her at peace.

The dark lord took a glance at Moon who looked so much in pain as he always pulled her esophageal out of her mouth. He doesn't want her to bear all the suffering. Evil energy will not leave her body without killing her from the inside. She will take birth again for him He knows that but first let her go.

In one swift move, he put the dagger through her heart and finally pulled it out of her body. He did but the woman could not feel any pain, she was gone before he could cause any more pain to her. The only thing left now was the blood-filled body of the woman and the dark lord crying by her side.

The whole kingdom left him to mourn the loss. But suddenly he groaned as the shadow again tried to fight with him, but he absorbed that dark power inside him. As a result of which there was nothing left in that king except bitterness, anger, and pain.

And in no time his anger had turned to hatred. The dark powers inside him had destroyed all the goodness in him. And now that king was a threat to all. He started killing humans and every creature he saw was coming his way. His cruel and sadistic ways scared even the earth and the sky. He knew that one day the gods would try to kill him so he decided to worship the devil. He gave him innocent souls and the devil in turn gave him the potion of immortality. He will never die and will continue to cause havoc on the earth. He lived in that forest. People believe that he, himself was banished from his pack because he murdered his whole family. The Gods knew they had protected mankind from this crazy beast, so they tricked him and cursed him to a deep sleep. Legends say he is still asleep in his cave. The Gods have hidden him in the forest so that no one can see him. But there is something that is the rebirth of someone who breaks his curse. But he should never wake up or else...

"Fiona, now we are about to reach you can read this book later, just look at the beauty of this city"

Fiona glanced briefly over at the large building before that dark blue gaze flickered back to the road. She forced down a surprised gasp when we finally reached the center of town. Sitting smack dab in the middle of Old City was a large beautiful cathedral. It appeared to be made of solid white marble. Each step leading to its grand entrance was smooth and glistened in the morning sun. Strong pillars held a massive archway over the crowd. It reminded her of one of those churches in Europe left over by ancient Romans. Each building seemed to have been built purposely around the cathedral in an encompassing circle-like beautiful little ornaments.

Fiona swept her gaze along the windows of the castle but stalled when she saw someone staring back at her. It seemed he. His bulky build made sure of showing no confusion even if he was so, so far away. It was quite distinguishable that he was wearing a white shirt, but that was all that could be made sense of. The rest was a blur.

The man was still staring. His stare seemed so intense it made hairs stand at the back of her neck. She turned towards her mom, wishing she could see the strange man just as she did.
