Chapter 9

Katrina eyed her bags silently, willing them to become smaller so she could lift them. If only things worked that way.

"I'm busy, but I will be done within a few minutes." The guard replied.

Katrina just smiled at the guards. She waited patiently for them to be done with what they were doing. But not quite long they approached her. They had received her message and they had no other choice than to do it, because she had mentioned Alpha Logan's name to them.

Katrina would have carried it herself but it was just too heavy and there were two of them.

She watched with awe as The guard lifted the bags like they weighed nothing and walked down the hall.

Katrina picked up her jaw from the floor and followed them marvelling at the house as they walked down the hall.

It was obviously huge from what she could see. It had several rooms and looked like a castle from the Victorian era. She would never say that aloud though not even if her mate held a gun to her head.

They climbed a flight of stai
