Sebastian. Her rescuer. How does he always know when she's in trouble?
She stood up from the ground slowly in fear, watching as the huge white wolf fought against the beast. Amelia turned around slowly, wincing as she felt pain coming directly from her knee.
She looked up in terror as she sighted a beast, walking to her. Oh shit!
She looked back to see Sebastian too busy trying to fight off the other beasts.
Where the hell did this one come from?
"Aargh!!" Amelia screamed as it charged towards her. She hurriedly picked up a stone throwing it at her, just as she fell to the ground, crawling in fear as it leaped at her.
Just then, the sound of gunshots filled the air, the beast falling beside her. Dead.
Sebastian threw the beast to the ground, plunging his claws into its chest, trying to kill it.

"You haven't learned your lesson yet." Amelia closed her eyes and let out a sign of relief on hearing him. Thank goodness. She almost thought it was those beasts again. "I didn't plan on going too deep." She replied, turning around to face him. He stood few meters away from her, staring at her blankly. Amelia took a little time to study him. She'll just have to say he's like a god in human form. He must've missed his way to his planet and ended up here on earth. He had bright blue eyes that were drawing her to him. And his face was a striking one of chiseled features. He was really built, with broad chest and those big muscled arms. Amelia concluded, she might really look so small to him. "I have questions for you." Amelia stated, folding her arms under her breasts. "And I have no plans of answering them." Sebastian replied, walking past her. "Hey ey! Big man. What do you mean?" Amelia called, walking after him.
Sebastian heaved out a heavy sign, using his right hand to rub off the beads of sweat forming on his forehead. These past few days have really been a better definition of hectic for him. He had a lot on his neck, including the safety of the pack. They've had several attacks from rogues. Three members of the pack died from an unexpected attack of rogues, while two were left injured. He wasn't finding it any easy, comforting the family of the lost ones. Yet, he still couldn't guarantee their safety. The rogues were still around the corner, waiting to strike. All this because of a human. A woman classified as his mate. If she hadn't tried escaping nights ago, this would not have happened. Sebastian plopped down on his study chair letting out a deep breath as he palm his forehead, trying to
"I said, you. Me. Out. For a walk." Amelia repeated, smiling widely at him. She blinked her eyes innocently as she twisted her fingers together. 'Haha! You came all the way from your room to ask me to go on a walk with you, that's very sweet of you baby. Come on, let's go.' "I don't fancy going on a walk with you, female." Amelia shook her head, getting rid of her happy imaginations when she heard him speak. "I have a lot to do with my time. As you can see, I'm busy. Leave." He added in his deep stern voice. Amelia huffed and crossed her arms together, pouting her lips. How can he look so god-like and grumpy at the same time? Sebastian tried to ignore her and focused on the book he was reading. Amelia stood there for a few seconds, thinking of what to do. She doesn't want to go back to that empty boring room. Maybe she should plead with him. She can't remain indoors forever. It's hell boring. "Please, just this one last time." She clasped her fingers together to emphasize her
"It's quite strange Alpha." Gorran begins, glancing at the human female lying unconsciously on the bed. "I still can't find anything wrong with her." Sebastian ran his fingers through his hair, signing exasperatedly. "Are you sure about this Gorran?" He asked, using his right hand to rub off the beads of sweat forming on his head. "I'm sure alpha king. I would do more research on her and see what's wrong?" He responded, staring at the alpha's mate who's now his patient. "I'm trusting you Gorran." Sebastian quirked his brows at him, stretching out his hands for a handshake. "I will try my best alpha." Gorran replied, accepting the shake. "I'll leave now, so I can-"
"Alpha! Alpha!" Sebastian snapped his eyes open, jerking up from the bed when he heard a familiar voice yelling his name from behind the door. "Ralph, come in." He groaned, sitting up on the bed with his legs to the ground. "Alpha." Ralph called again, rushing into the room. He stopped and gave a quick bow, realizing he just disturbed the alpha king's sleep. "What is it Ralph?" Sebastian stood up from the bed and walked to the wardrobe to get a robe. He knew it would be something very important for Ralph to disturb his sleep. "The rogues are attacking, I've sent some-" Ralph stopped mid sentence when the alpha king suddenly rushed outside the room. "Alpha." He called running after him. Sebastian ran out the castle gates, changing to his half shift form. "Liam." He called, through telepathy. "Alpha." Liam answe
"Mmm." Amelia moaned, stirring on the bed. She let out another low moan, grabbing the sheets. "Amelia." She turned her head to the other side of the bed, ignoring the voice calling her and pushed her head in between the pillows as she heard the faint sounds of footsteps. She was about drifting back into sleep when she felt drops of water pour on her face. "Whahh!" She jerked up from the bed, her eyes widened in shock. "Rieka!" She whined, rubbing her eyes. "Mhm?" Rieka hummed before she burst out laughing, throwing herself in the bed. "What?" Amelia stared down at her with her brows knitted in confusion. "Fuck! Why the hell were you moaning in your sleep?" Rieka mused with her brows raised in surprise. "God!" Amelia palmed her forehead, falling back to the bed. She can't believe she was actually dreaming of Sebastian kissing her. "I don't even wanna know." Rieka raised her hands in the air, shaking her head with a full grin on her lips. "I came to check on the alpha king, he'
Amelia ran up the stairs immediately she heard Sebastian was awake. She slowed down when she almost slipped. Damn! She doesn't understand the relief and happiness that ran through her when she heard the great news. She let out a deep breath as she walked into the hallway leading to his room. "I'm here to see the alpha king." She said to the guards, straightening her shoulders. "You can't, the alpha king doesn't want to be disturbed." Amelia was a little shocked at the information. She suddenly wondered if there was anything wrong with him. Why would he give such orders? He's sick for crying out loud! "What... What do you mean?" She couldn't help but ask. "The alpha king is busy and wouldn't like to be disturbed." The huge muscular guard said, not even sparing her a glance. "But...but." She helplessly stuttered, completely out if words. "I just wanna check if he's okay." Amelia shook her head in disbelief as the guards ignored her. She stilled, waiting to see if they'd change
Rieka put another arrow on the string and drew it back with the bow string, aiming at the dartboard. She held her breath and released the string and smiled triumphantly when it hit the red circle perfectly. She took another arrow, placing it carefully on the string. "Hey." Her brows raised, she wasn't expecting to be disturbed. She looked at the source of the familiar voice. "Hey Ralph." She greeted, aiming at the dartboard again before releasing the arrow. "You know, you don't need this." He folded his arms, letting his brows raise in a small quirk. "Hmm?" Rieka arched her brows, grabbing another arrow. "Well, I just love archery. It's way easier to kill, with less blood." "Hmm." Ralph kept his gaze on her as she aimed at the dartboard. "There's something about the human female." "Fuck." Rieka cussed when she missed her shot. "We're not gossiping about the alpha's mate, are we?" She arched her brows at him questioningly. "I think there's more to her." Rieka dropped the bow on t
