Life in the cottage has been good to Selly, well, except for one thing or maybe two.

Firstly, she couldn't eat fish everyday.

Although the journey to and from the pond had felt shorter every time, perhaps it was because she now could jog her way through the wilderness without needing tree marks to guide her home.

There was another matter as well, one that wasn't particularly in her favor.

She had been lucky on her first fishing attempt, like how she liked calling it, hunting. But the fish had been getting fewer and smaller by the day, no, by the way she had struggled to catch any decent sized fish the second day, it was obvious that catching fish was becoming next to impossible which meant her fish reserve was shrinking by the hour.

With all the birds feasting on it all day, it was no wonder there was nothing left for her to eat.

So today she decided to try something new. A fresh way to survive.
