Sirena’s POV

“I am going to France, with Xander,” I said to Raven. We both were in the cafeteria having lunch.

“Okay, that’s great. Have fun,” Raven said and I didn’t expect such an answer from her.

“Don’t you have anything to say?”

“What do you want me to say?”

“I am going to travel alone with him. Tell me about him?”

“Xander is like a big brother to me. He’s very professional, you’re close with him when you were here,” Raven had a sly smile when she said that.

“Close means?” she asks.

“Close, that’s it. I don’t know,” Raven shrugged.

I frowned to hear that. “You have to give me a proper answer,”

“Sis… you’re too young. You both are like best friends,” she said. Yes, she’s right, I was too young and there’s no point in exploring that.

“Okay,” I nodded.

“Look, Xander is the most trusted person in this pack. You can go with him anywhere,” she said. After listening to that, I felt relieved. I think I can trust him; I no longer has any doubt over him.
