LOGINTHE SECRET OF SILVER WOLF
“You are the mistress of Blackthorne fortress, and no one here will dare treat you as less”, Magnus responded immediately.
His words made me remember how I was treated without anyone standing up for me, so for years I’ve been longing to hear what Magnus just said to me in front of everyone.

Far away in Silvercrest palace, Rowan hurled a glass wine cup against the wall, and his breathing became so heavy.
A messenger hurried and knelt down before him, “your highness, all the assassins were killed and he escaped with his warriors”.
“What!” Rowan yelled aggressively. “Why did they allow his warriors to kill them so easily?”
“I don’t know, your highness”, the messenger responded in a shaky and barely audible voice.
“What do you mean by you don’t know?” Rowan became so restless like someone valuable was stolen from him. “Get out of my presence now”, he commanded the messenger.
The messenger stood up to leave, before Rowan called him back again “how about Lyra?”
The messenger gulped nervously before responding, “she left with Alpha Magnus Thorne, and I’m sure she has arrived safely at Blackthorne Fortress by now”.
A look of discomfort spread across his face, and his expression twisted dangerously. He looked outside the window, and Lyra’s face flashed on his mind, the way he looked scared when the elders announced that she’s to marry Magnus.
Seraphina reached for Rowan’s arm to calm him down, but he shoved her hand away. He called the messenger closer to himself and whispered something to him.
The messenger hurried out of the ballroom, and Magnus looked at the silver glowing mark in his wrist. The silver glowing mark burned him seriously that made him stumble, and he questioned himself rhetorically, “what is really happening to me?”
For the first time since he rejected Lyra publicly his wolf whimpered, not with anger or pain, but with loss, and he stamped his feet aggressively on the well polished marble floor.

Back at Blackthorne fortress, Magnus stood alone in his room, and looked towards the window. All of a sudden, his commander rushed in and bowed saying, “my Alpha, the spies I sent found something weird”.
Magnus looked up immediately and his eyes narrowed, “what did you find?”
The commander swallowed hard like there was a lump in his throat, before speaking “the attackers weren’t rogues, and they once served in the Royal palace”.
The elated expression Magnus had on vanished instantly and was replaced with a dark expression. He stared at him for a few seconds trying to process what he had just said before he said, “so, the palace is already making its move?”
The commander nodded softly and added, “there’s one more thing, my Alpha”
“And what is that?” Magnus responded.
“We found this hidden beneath one of the attackers armor”, the commander spoke softly, then he handed a silver pendant to him.
Magnus examined the pendant carefully, just as if he saw something and his eyes froze. A symbol of the crescent moon wrapped around a silver wolf.
“I… I know this symbol”, he stuttered while still examining the pendant carefully.
His commander’s eyes widened, and he frowned “my Alpha, it seems like you’ve seen it before, have you?”
Magnus didn’t respond to him immediately, instead he kept staring at the pendant in his palm.
“Yes, it belongs to a bloodline that disappeared over twenty years”, his voice was unnervingly calm as if all the emotions had been drained from him.
Moments later, a frightened maid hurried into his room without even knocking, and she bowed “my Alpha”.
Magnus didn’t even turn to acknowledge who it was, instead he snapped out “what is wrong? Why are you panting like this?”
“The problem is lady Lyra, her body is glowing silver and I don’t know what to do”, the maid panted heavily.
Another maid yelled from a distance and it echoed across the hallway, “Alpha, please come quickly”.
Before she was done speaking, Magnus hurried to meet her, and his high boot struck against the stony floor as he walked fast.
All the guards that stood outside bowed immediately and they stepped aside for him to pass freely.
“My Alpa, she lies here”, the maid showed him where Lyra laid.
Magnus pushed the wooden door open, and he got in. A soft silver light covered the whole room, Lyra laid unconscious on the wooden bed, and her breathing was uneven. Thin streams of silver energy floated around her body like tiny ribbons dancing in the air, and the moon-shaped mark on her wrist glowed more than before.
A few maids stood frightened in one corner, none of them could even move or speak for a few seconds.
“The silver light appeared immediately after she fell asleep, and it started becoming strong that’s why I yelled”, one of the maids whispered shakily.
Magnus walked slowly to the bedside, his expression was still calm but his eyes hovered around her body and landed on her face, studying the changes on her face.
She touched her skin and it was warmer than before. Her breathing became steady, then it grew uneven rapidly. Magnus reached for hand, and the moment their fingers met, the silver light glowed the more.
The maids gasped, and one of them clamped her hand on her mouth in shock. Without turning to look at any of them, he said “send for Elder Cedric immediately”.
One of the maids hurried to deliver the message to one of the guards. After a few minutes, he arrived carrying a leather satchel and the guards ushered him into the room where Lyra laid.
His white beard was long enough that it could touch his chest, and his sharp eyes were fixed on Lyra the moment he walked into the room.
Suddenly, his body froze like he was glued to the spot he stood and color faded from his face.
“What?” He gasped.
Magnus looked at him and tilted his head slightly, “have you seen something like this happen before?”
Cedric summoned the strength and walked towards the bedside, examined her carefully without touching her then he responded, “no, but I have read about it”.
Curiously, Magnus folded his arms tightly across his chest and said “then explain it”.
Cedric gulped deeply, then he adjusted his glasses again before he started speaking calmly, “there are old records hidden beneath the fortress, and they talk about wolves whose power awakened beneath the blessing of the full moon. Their healing abilities were unlike anything our worlds had ever seen”.
One of the maids covered her mouth with her palms, and questioned “so you mean that lady Lyra is one of them?”
Cedric shook his head slowly before answering, “I don’t know about that, but what I’m sure of is that she’s not an ordinary omega”.
Magnus nodded slowly and his eyes sharpened, like he was waiting patiently to hear that response from him. Several thoughts ran through his mind like, “when she healed the warrior that was at the verge of dying with her palm, and when he touched her, th

Unconsciously, he asked her while she was still asleep “who are you?”
MY FATED MATE CAME FOR ME“Because I was afraid”, Seraphina responded with tears in her eyes.“Afraid of father or who?” I glared at her and snapped. She lowered her head then she responded in a barely audible voice, “I was scared of everyone and I didn’t want to lose Rowan too”.I glared at her and I saw tears run down from her cheeks, but I still looked unbothered because I knew she was pretending. She wiped her tears and continued, “I wanted to become the queen, so I’ll have enough powers to protect myself, but I realized that I was wrong”.“You always choose yourself every time”, I yelled while my knees became very weak.“I know”, she sobbed. For the first time, she didn’t give any excuses for her actions. Meanwhile, Magnus just stood still staring at us carefully, then he asked a very important question, “So what brought you here?”Seraphina raised her head, her expression became cold and she looked towards him to snap, “because the king gave an order for you to be killed”.“Yes
THE SECRETS MY SISTER SPILLED “Because she came alone”, Magnus hesitated at first, before he finally muttered. He paused to look outside the window for the hundredth time, before he continued “if she truly came here to protect you, she would have brought a lot of evidences instead of threatening you if she’s not permitted to come inside here”.I lowered my eyes towards the floor, because I knew that there’s a point in what he just said. Regardless of that, something inside me refused to allow me ignore her.“But she has an Information concerning my mother, so I need to speak to her please”, I muttered calmly while I curled my fingers into my dress.Magnus expression became so cold, and he clenched his fingers tight by the window pane.“I heard the message she sent clearly”, he responded in a mean tone.I walked around in circles restlessly, while several thoughts ran through my mind before I said “fine, explain to me what she knows”.He stared at me for a few minutes, carefully study
MY SISTER CAME FOR ME “I don’t know”, the attacker whispered with tremor in his voice. He pressed his neck harder, “If you lie to me again, you’ll regret”.The attacker managed to shake his head slowly and he answered quickly, “I swear, I don’t know”.“It’s only the royal council that knew the mission”, the attacker added.Magnus released his neck immediately, and he asked “what was the mission?”The attacker’s gaze was fixed on the floor, while he kept on coughing, before he started talking “to find the silver wolf, take her back to the royal palace alive and she if she objected, everyone protecting her should be killed”.Magnus expression became very wild and terrifying, then he probed “and who told you that she’s the silver wolf?”The man paused to clear his throat before he continued, “a woman but I didn’t see her face”.“What woman? Describe how she looked”, Magnus snapped. The man closed his eyes and started explaining, “the woman wore a black cloak, her voice was very soft, an
THE MOON BLESSINGSuddenly, Lyra woke up and began groaning gently, while her eyelashes fluttered uncontrollably. The silver light that was dancing around her disappeared, and she opened her eyes slowly. At first, everything looked blurry to me and I blinked severally before I could see people that stood around me clearly.“What’s going on Alpha Magnus?” I asked softly.Magnus shook his head slowly, then he asked me “how do you feel?”I sat upright slowly, while my hands were all over my body like I felt something unusual somehow.Lyra started talking in a barely audible voice, “I don’t even know how I feel, but I can remember vividly that I fell asleep”.I paused to look at how everyone in the room paid rapt attention to my explanation, then I inquired “did anything happen?”No one responded to her immediately, before elder Cedric stepped forward and answered, “my lady, do you remember anything unusual that happened to you?”Lyra paused to reflect on what Cedric said, then she nodded

WELCOME TO BLACKTHORNE FORTRESS “What do you mean that none of them carried a family crest?” Magnus' deep voice cut through the thick silence that fell in the forest. The commander couldn’t look at Magnus, then he slowly lowered his head respectfully.“My Alpha”, the commander started while he slowly raised his head to look at Magnus boldly, but the stern look on Magnus' face made him drift away.He continued in a barely audible voice, “I’ve searched every attacker, their armor had no symbol, and their weapons were specifically crafted, but there’s no sign that they were truly sent by Rowan”.Magnus brows drew together, his gaze sharpened as the look on his face changed suddenly then he let out a dangerous chortle. “Intriguing, so they are professional assassins sent to die?” Magnus chuckled. The commander nodded slightly, without saying any word again.Magnus continued again in a deep and loud voice, “it’s only powerful people that can afford to hire men that are willing to die wit
