Chapter 2

POV Ruby

They were having a great time at The Spot despite all the stares and strange looks they were receiving. It was bound to happen. Rose Hills was a fairly small town. Not only were they a new family, the fact that their mothers were holding hands had not gone unnoticed.

Ruby rolled her eyes as she glanced at two guys that were obviously staring at them. She looked back when she realized that she recognized one of them. It was Clive. He was in Ruby's grade when she lived here. She froze for a moment but then relaxed that he probably wouldnt even recognize her. She was a far cry from the pony tails and pink sweaters that she used to wear.

"The whole family is hot." she heard him mumble to his friend. She shook her head and went back to her burger.

"You're right. This place is so good." Cassy said to her as their mothers chatted.

"The Spot is an institution in Rose Hills." I explained to her and she nodded. We finished our dinners and went out to the car right as a motorcycle pulled in. I tensed but then relaxed when I saw a girl get off the bike. She looked right at us and smirked. Cassy and I smiled back and then hurried to get in the car.

"Thanks, Mom. That was perfect" I said as we drove home.

"Yeah, thanks." C added.

"You are both welcome. I know that you have that party tomorrow so would you mind staying in tonight? Maybe unpack the rest of your stuff?" Mom asked. Cassy and I both nodded. I was exhausted anyway.

POV Wolf

We raced to The Spot but Jackal, Hound and I got stopped by a red light as Foxy managed to slip through. I was tempted to run it but my Dad would be pissed if I got another ticket so I waited and fumed.

When we finally pulled up to The Spot, Foxy was already inside. Laughing at us from the window. I rolled my eyes at her as we sat down in the booth.

"I beat the crap out of you!" She gloated.

"Whatever" I snapped.

"You really missed it too." She added. I looked at her and she smirked.

"What do you mean?" Hound asked.

"As I pulled in, there was this family leaving" she began.

"So?" Jackal growled.

"It was four of the most gorgeous women I've ever seen" she finished.

"They were a family?" Hound asked and she nodded.

"Yeah the two women were holding hands. They had two girls with them that looked to be about our age" She explained.

"Bullshit" Jackal called. Foxy shrugged.

"Fine, don't believe me. I'm telling you, they were hot" she replied.

POV Sam

Pete, Chad and I pulled into The Spot and I noticed Wolf and his crew walking in as we parked.

"You wouldn't believe the family that was just in here" Clive said to us as we walked in. I scoffed at him. Clive was a nerd that was always trying to hang out with us. He was a good source of information though.

"Why?" Chad asked.

"It was two women that were together. You know, like together, together?" Clive replied. I shrugged.

"Anyways, they had two daughters that were fucking beautiful, man. They looked like they might be our age too" he added and suddenly, I was interested.

"Really?" Pete asked.

"All four of them were sexy as hell" Shane (another football teamate) agreed. I grinned. Two new hot girls? My year was looking up.

The next afternoon.

Scarlett's house

POV Ruby

We had gotten to Scar's in the late afternoon with our party clothes so we could get ready together. Cassy and I also brought pjs and clothes for tomorrow. We were planning on spending the night. Our Moms weren't too excited about the idea but they agreed that they would rather us stay a Scar's house than try to drive home. They had insisted that we each took a couple of condoms

"Just to be safe..." Cassy's mom said after we argued. We both gave in but grumbled about the whole thing.

We were all overjoyed to see each other and spent a good five minutes hugging. We finally calmed down and were just starting to get ready when Scarlett's doorbell rang.

"Oh! That's Don. He wanted to come early to meet you both and help set up." she explained. She got up and hurried out of the room. She returned a few minutes later with a dark haired tall boy with a sweet face. She introduced all of us to each other.

"Oh my God! I can't believe that I'm finally meeting you. Scar wont shut up about the two of you!" Don gushed and I could tell right away that we were going to be friends We spent the next few hours getting both the house and ourselves ready.

"You all look so hot." Don said when he saw us finished.

"You look great too." I replied and he smiled. The door bell rang and we all took a breath.

"Ok. Just hang up here. Don and I will bring you more drinks and check in. We'll introduce you in an hour when most everyone will be here." Scarlett directed and Cassy and I nodded. Scar and Don shut the bedroom door as they left. I sat at Scar's desk while C lounged on her bed. We were both sipping on jack and cokes and thankfully, they weren't our first of the day. C and I knew how to handle our liquor though so I wasn't worried. Maybe wed be drunk by the end of the night but we had a long way to go to get to that point.

"You really do look good, R." C smiled at me. I grinned back.

"So do you. These kids are going to lose their minds tonight." I replied. Cassy was bi and I knew that both the girls and boys in Rose Hills were going to be dying to get a chance with her.

"I'm not looking tonight." she clarified and chuckled. She always said that yet she seemed to always find someone who interested her.

"Me either." I replied and we both laughed. I always said that too and I almost always ended up at least making out with someone. Don came up a few moments later with fresh drinks.

"How's it going?" I asked and he smiled.

"It's packed already. Everyone loves Scarlett parties. Dont worry, it wont be much longer now" he replied.

POV Scarlett

"The ladies are getting bored." Don whispered to me as he came back from delivering the drinks.

"Sam just walked in, were just waiting on Wolf and his Fenrir trash." I replied with a face. I really didnt have anything against the Riders, I just called them trash because everyone expected me to. Don shrugged and started to mingle. I did the same thing. I nodded and greeted my guests with a slightly pained expression as was expected.

I looked up for Don a few moments later when I saw the huge group of The Riders walk in. Of course, Wolf was in the lead. Don grinned at me from across the room and I nodded to him as I walked to the stage. I turned off the music and grabbed the microphone.

"Welcome everyone to my back to school party!" I yelled and the crowd cheered. I waited for them to calm down before continuing. I took the time to check the stairs and grinned when I saw Don standing there with Cassy and Ruby behind him. He nodded at me and I continued.

"I have a couple of surprises for you tonight. We have some new students that will be starting Rose Hills High on Monday. They are two very special people and know that if you mess with them, I will come for you" I promised darkly. The crowd was silent and seemed surprised to hear my words.

"Without further ado, the first student is the lovely Cassy! C, come up here so everyone can see how stunning you are." I commanded. Cassy smiled and walked through the crowd up to me. The crowd clapped and there were quite a few catcalls and whistles when she got up on the stage. Cass smiled and nodded to the crowd.

"Now, the second student is someone that some of you may know and remember. She is very dear to my heart. Ruby, get your gorgeous ass up here!" I yelled and the crowd gasped. At least two thirds of the students remembered Ruby from elementary school. The few new students and most of the Riders looked confused though. Ruby quickly came up to the stage as the crowd was silent. After she got to me, I hugged her.

"DAMN, RUBY! YOU GOT HOT!" Pete yelled and the crowd erupted again. Ruby rolled her eyes as Cass and I put our arms around her.

POV Ruby

I looked out into the crowd as Cass and Scar put their arms around me. I recognized lots of faces but I was looking for two specific ones. I spotted Sam first. He was standing next to Pete and his face was a mask of shock. His mouth was even hanging open. I grinned at him and he came to his senses. He shut his mouth and winked at me. I rolled my eyes and continued to scan the crowd.

I spotted Wolf in a sea of black leather. We made eye contact and he smiled at first but quickly replaced it with a smoldering look. He stared deep into my eyes and a shiver ran down my spine. I realized that Scar was right. These weren't the same boys that I had left. Not even close. It made me sad for a moment but then I felt Cass pull me close.

"You ok?" She asked and I broke eye contact with Wolf to turn and look at her. I smiled at her concerned face and nodded.

"Come on, lets go show Rose Hills what a couple of NYC girls can do" I replied and she grinned.
