Xander's POV

I was in my office when I heard the news that Martina Roberts was kidnapped. Not only that she had confessed to all what she did to Ellie. There's only one person I know who is responsible for this. Ellie. She kidnapped Martina Roberts and forced her into saying the truth. God why will Ellie do all that?! For what?! After all, it was still the bastard that donated his blood for what his mother did.

I picked my phone and dialed her number for more than ten times but no answer. I have a feeling that something bad is about to happen. I took my car and sped off to her penthouse. On getting there, I saw Aunt Lily and Kara talking to some armed officers.

" What's going on here?" I inquired.

" We can't find Ellie and her phone is not reachable." Her aunt pondered and answered.

" Ma'am. Ma'am. I can't find Ava's stuffs." One of the maid ran in and told us.
