Chapter 15 - Trust issues

Theo POV

I throw the condom in the bin and quickly move to get dressed. I have never felt so connected to someone as I felt with her. She is a fucking goddess, and I don’t like how that is making me feel. I shake my head slightly as I put my shirt on, leaving it open, and I see she pulled the covers, and her body is covered. Good. I don’t need the fucking temptation.

I pass my fingers through my hair as I can tell some strands have fallen from the bun I carry. I look at her, and her eyes are locked on mine as if she is expecting me to cuddle her and stay in bed with her. “This is your room if you need me, I am down the corridor on the right side, double doors”, I say, and I can almost see the wheels in her head turning. She thought this was my room, and she thought we would be sharing a bed. Hell no. I won’t do that. I can’t do that. I can’t care, and I already care too much.
