"Old man, why exactly are you here?"

After Alasdair ran out of the room to drop off Althea, he came back to his office knowing the old one intentionally came to him for an important purpose.

Now,they were sitting down on the couch, opposite each other and Alasdair asked fit the nth time. The old one had his eyes shut while Alasdair had no choice but to wait.

"I heard about the ones you've taken in this time...," the old one finally spoke and Alasdair was grateful.

At first, he frowned at the old man's question but then nodded his head.

"Yes I did. You also brought in the little girl who was part of them," Alasdair reminded and he watched as the old one opened his mouth in realization.

"Oh, so she was truly the one...," The old one spoke cryptically while Alasdair frowned. He had no idea what the old one was on about but he knew it was something serious.
