Amelia’s Pov

I had been so excited the moment Alexander finally deemed it fit to let me out of the dungeon. I couldn’t say why he suddenly turned soft as though he cared, but that wasn’t what concerned me.

All I wanted to set my eyes on was Derek. I wanted to talk to him about different things which would include how my life with him would look like.
