Pagkatapos ng pagbabanta, kinuyumos ng maririing halik ni Lyon ang kanyang mga labi. Walang nagawa si Mina kundi ang umungol at tiisin ang ginagawang pagpaparusa ng lalaki.

The punishing kiss ended when the fight had gone out of her limbs. She was trembling and shivering with passionate response.

They stared at each other with heavy-lidded eyes. The intensity of the moment closed around them in heavy silence.

"Can't you feel it, Mina?" tanong ni Lyon nang lumipas ang mahahabang sandali. "Our bodies always went afire with need every time we touch like this." His loins grinded against her softness insinuatingly.

She turned away her head. She didn't want him to see the uncontrolled response in her eyes. He mustn't know that she had become his slave...

His long fingers cupped her chin to make her look at him again. "Are you going to deny it, sweetheart? We want each other very much. Anyone can see it. It's obvious ever since we've met!"
