Chapter 49

Chris was driving with his daughter Flora on their way home from school when a car ran a red light and collided with their vehicle. The impact was so strong that it spun their car around and hit a pole on the side of the road.

When Chris regained consciousness, he immediately looked for Flora. He saw her unconscious and bloodied in the back seat. He panicked and quickly pulled her out of the car, trying to revive her. But she remained unresponsive.
