CHAPTER 87

As the dragon and I were battling it out, it started to realize that we weren’t going to be easy prey.

When it had been distracted long enough, Arthur and his men snuck around the side and used their swords to slice the dragon’s legs.

It was enough to get it’s attention and it fell back slightly, drawing it fire back from me and giving me the advantage.

I released my fire at the dragon again, hitting it directly in the middle of the chest and causing it to catch on fire.

It stumbled around and back into the middle of the mountain until it fell to the ground and didn’t get back up.

I walked to the edge of the cliff that the dragon had fallen over and I saw Mila and another blonde woman, dressed in black also, staring up at me. Not believing what they just saw.

“Did you really think I was going to let you get away this time?” I asked.

“What have you done?” The woman screeched, running to her fallen dragon.
