" the one

who falls and get up

 is much stronger than

 the one who never fell"

Author's P. O. V.

For the next two hours, Shaina searched the whole internet for her exercise, diet, and body remedies. She actually found some amazing stuff to lose weight and diet. she took advice from her mother for her skin and eyes.

for the first day, Shaina was super tired, she felt like her limbs will fall off her body and the food felt like she ate water... totally tasteless but the results she could see were amazing. at night she did her skincare routine. she tried to distract herself but his thoughts did not let her sleep for late in the night but because of being tired she falls asleep.

the next day when the alarm rang, all Shaina wanted was to snooze the alarm and go back to sleep but the bitter-sweet memories in her heart gave her the motivation to get up and go out of her house for a run.

the day progressed as she found the fried food so tempting but she somehow convinced herself not to eat all that until she lose her weight. it was hard for her to resist but she did, even her family helped her.

she took a hot shower with salt mixed in water that night because her body was aching so bad, she falls asleep as soon as she hit the bed but not before doing her skin-care routine.

Shaina groaned as she heard the alarm bell once again as she opened her eyes and sat on the bed, she rubbed her eyes and turned off the alarm in her phone. She got up and gulped down a glass of water before she fresh-n-up and went outside for a ran like she had been doing for the last 17 days.

" pucchi bring a packet of milk too," her mom said as she nodded, the morning finished with the family breakfast. Shaina looked at herself in the mirror after she took a shower. only in 17 days she had lost almost all of her extra weight other than a little bit of belly fat that was still there.

her stretch marks were very light now and she believed if she continued her routine they will be almost gone, her hair was the same length as before but was badly in need of a haircut. her breast were not heavy like before when she started exercising, her body was firm, much better than before, her skin was glowing, and her dark circles were almost gone.

well, they were because she kept her body really dehydrated, she wanted to change her whole self before she moved to California, she was already used to speak English fluently with all the practice she had been doing, sometimes at night too.

she got ready and went shopping with her mom and after that she went to the salon to have a haircut and color. when Shaina looked at herself in the mirror she liked what she saw, she was looking different, she felt different and of course lighter.

the next two days she spent with her mom and dad, crying at night and sleeping in the day was like her regular routine. she wanted to stop the haunted memories but the pain of love did not let her, maybe it was the pain of betrayal or the pain of one-sided love.

and as you know LOve is the second name of pain. She was in that pain but she was strong enough to pull herself together and wipe her tears. sometimes she would look at the moon and the night sky all night long as if asking answers from god above but she did not get an answer but her eyes held hope.

but one thing she was now sure of, she was not going to believe in Love ever again, love was just a fantasy word for her now, a word that was only found in romance novels and the Shayrais of famous Shayar, the concept of Love was enough to give her nightmares. but she was strong enough to survive, stronger enough to stand alone and walk her way to the top.

she was ready to face the world but was she ready to fight him?
