"This is where today's class ends ladies and gentlemen. Please hand in your assignments before the due date."

I smiled as the lecturer announced and after packing his bags, he left the lecture hall.

It had been two weeks since Manuel helped me enroll in University and I was beyond happy.

My highest level of education was high school back at the academy before Adrian put a stop to it when he forced me into the position of Luna.

Now, I met a real man who not only thinks about himself but others too.

Manuel was possessive and jealous but he would never try to control me just to keep me at his side.

With him, I had a sense of security. I felt at home.

He let me wear whatever I wanted. He let me make friends and although I knew he was too busy lately, I knew he was thinking about me because I could see some warriors following me around when they thought I didn't know.

My heart felt all warm and fuzzy knowing he was concerned about me and sent someone for my protection.
