LOGINIn a world ruled by werewolves, Omegas are treated as nothing—worth less than slaves. Hazel knows that better than anyone. After losing her mother, she is abandoned by the father who should have protected her, abused by her stepmother, and betrayed by the pack she once called home. Then, she is sold like property to the most feared Alpha in the werewolf world. Alpha Lord Ryder. Cold-hearted. Merciless. A man whose name alone makes even the most powerful Alphas tremble. To him, Hazel is nothing more than a contract. She will give him an heir, and when her duty is fulfilled, she will disappear from his life forever. But fate has other plans. As Hazel struggles to survive inside the Devil's castle, a dangerous secret awakens within her. She isn't just an Omega. She's a half-blood witch. An ancient prophecy warns that if a witch ever falls in love with a wolf, the werewolf world will drown in blood. Now Hazel must hide the truth from the one man capable of killing her. Yet the closer she grows to the ruthless Alpha, the harder it becomes to guard her heart. When love collides with destiny, will they break the curse... or fulfill the prophecy?

Hazel's scream echoed through the Alpha King's hall as she stumbled backward, her chest rising and falling violently while her horrified gaze remained fixed on the man sitting upon the carved throne—the man who had brought her into this world, yet looked at her with less compassion than he would show a stranger.
"You can't do this!" she cried, shaking her head so hard that tears flew from her eyes. "I'm your daughter, not a slave you can sell whenever it benefits you. I have a heart, I have dreams, and I refuse to let you throw my life away for one of your business deals."
Not a single emotion crossed Alpha Victor's face.
His expression remained as cold and unmoving as carved stone, while the elders standing beside him lowered their eyes, unwilling to interfere with the Alpha King's decision.
"The agreement has already been signed," Alpha Victor said "Our pack was drowning in debt. Alpha Lord Ryder has paid every coin in exchange for you. By tomorrow night, you will become his wife."
Hazel's heart stopped.
"You... sold me to repay your debts?"
Alpha Lord Ryder.
The ruthless ruler of the Nightshade Pack. A man whose hands were stained with the blood of countless enemies. A monster powerful enough to make even veteran Alphas bow their heads.
Rumors claimed he had never loved anyone and that mercy didn't exist in his heart.
And now... She was being handed over to him.
"No..." Hazel said. "Please... don't do this to me."
Her father slowly rose from his throne. "You should be grateful," he said, stopping only a few feet away from her. "Instead of rotting away in poverty like your worthless mother, you'll spend the rest of your life surrounded by wealth."
Hazel stared at him in disbelief.
"Wealth?" she repeated bitterly. "Is that what you think this is? You're selling your own daughter!"
His jaw tightened. "My daughter?" A cruel laugh escaped his lips.
"The day your mother betrayed me by carrying another man's child was the day both of you became nothing."
Those words shattered the last fragile piece of Hazel's heart. Her mother had endured years of beatings. Years of insults, yet she had loved this man until the day she died.
And even death hadn't softened his hatred.
Tears streamed down Hazel's cheeks as anger slowly replaced her fear.
"You can hate my mother all you want," she said, forcing herself to meet his icy stare, "but I will never marry a man I don't love."
Smack!
The slap sent her crashing onto the cold floor as pain exploded across her cheek..The metallic taste of blood filled her mouth.
She pressed a trembling hand against her swollen face before slowly looking back at the man.
"Never speak of that woman again," Alpha Victor growled. "She deserved every miserable day she lived."
"I don't care what you do to me," she screamed, her voice echoing through every corner of the hall. "I will never give Alpha Ryder an heir"
"Your choice ended the moment I signed that contract. Tomorrow, you become Alpha Ryder's wife. You will bear his heir, and whether you hate him or not is none of my concern and you have no choice."
"I don't care what you do to me, but I won't do it. I will never bear a son for a man like that".
"Guards."
Four heavily armed warriors stepped forward immediately.
"Tie her to the punishment post. Let's see if that teaches her some respect."
"No! Please, don't do this!"
They grabbed her arms roughly, ignoring her struggles, and dragged her out into the freezing rain of the courtyard.
They tied her wrists tightly to the rough bark of the old tree.
Tears blurred Hazel's vision as another scream tore from her throat.
Mother...
Was this how you suffered?
She bit her lip until blood filled her mouth, refusing to beg again.
Whip!
Another lash ripped across the first wound. Her knees buckled, but the ropes dug deeper into her wrists, forcing her upright.
Each strike tore through flesh and pride alike until blood soaked the back of her dress.
By the twentieth lash, she could no longer feel her legs.
Darkness swallowed everything.
...
The icy splash of water forced Hazel's eyes open. She gasped violently, coughing as filthy water filled her mouth.
Her entire body screamed in agony. As she struggled to breathe, one terrifying thought crashed into her mind.
By tomorrow... she would belong to the most feared Alpha alive.
Hazel pressed her forehead against the cool window pane, looking down at the courtyard below. Down there, Lyra was moving like a flash of dark lightning, her sword cutting through the air with perfect, effortless precision. Lyra was beautiful in a way Hazel couldn't ignore. Her dark hair swept across her shoulders as she moved, every strike of her sword controlled and precise.Hazel's stomach tightened with jealousy. Standing there watching her, Hazel couldn't help comparing herself to the vampire princess. Lyra seemed so confident, so capable. Hazel looked down at her own small hands and felt painfully inadequate.Suddenly, Lyra stopped mid-swing. As if she could actually feel the eyes on her, she snapped her gaze straight up to the window. Their eyes locked. Lyra’s expression instantly turned cold, her lips curving into a look of pure disdain and mockery. It was like she was looking at a useless little bug.Hazel’s cheeks burned with instant embarrassment. She yanked herself away f
The door clicked shut, leaving Lyra alone in her guest room. She sank into the mattress, letting out a long, shaky sigh. Standing up, she unzipped her heavy formal dress and let it pool around her ankles. Underneath, her skin flushed warm in the cool room air. She stepped out of her underwear, catching a glimpse of her soft curves in the vanity mirror before sliding into a loose tank top and a pair of tiny, comfortable shorts. She crawled back onto the bed, her limbs heavy with exhaustion. Just as her eyes fluttered shut, the door clicked open again."Lyra? You awake?"It was Kaida. Lyra shifted on the sheets, propping her chin up on her hands to look at her sister. "Nope. Just exhausted," she mumbled, her voice thick with sleep.Kaida kicked off her tight heels with a relieved groan and slid onto the edge of the mattress. A knowing, playful smirk touched her lips. "So, what's the deal? I saw how you were looking at him tonight."Lyra played dumb, blinking sleepily. "Who?""The Alpha
Ryder’s chest heaved as he stared down at her. The anger in his eyes was still there, but it was getting completely swamped by a heavy, desperate need to just keep her safe. He didn't know whether he should be furious with her for neglecting her health or simply wrap her up so tightly that the rest of the world couldn't touch her. He grabbed a soft, clean blanket from the edge of the cot and wrapped it tightly around her bare shoulders, covering the torn silk of her nightgown. His large hands were surprisingly gentle as he tucked the edges around her neck."I miss you so much," Hazel said softly, as she reached out from the blanket, trying to hug him."Easy," Ryder growled low, but his hands immediately came up to catch her arms, stopping her before she could strain herself. He sat down on the very edge of the narrow cot, his massive frame making the mattress sink deeply under his weight. His dark, icy eyes scanned her pale face, his jaw clenching with thick worry. "You are hurt, H
Hazel sat solemnly in the center of the massive bed, clutching her knees tight against her chest. The bedroom felt too big, too empty, and entirely too quiet. She hadn’t seen Ryder for hours now, and the silence was starting to mess with her head. She couldn't quite wrap her mind around the chaotic feelings twisting in her stomach. She missed him deeply. Just a couple of days ago, she wanted nothing more than to run away from this place, but now her body felt completely hollow without his presence. Maybe it was because of the fresh, raw mating mark hidden beneath the collar of her nightgown. "My lady, you don't look like you had a single drop of sleep last night," Chloe said softly, as she squeezed a warm sponge over Hazel’s feet in the porcelain tub.Hazel looked down, her red, tired eyes focusing on the kind-faced maid. Her head felt heavy, and a dull ache was throbbing behind her temples, making it hard to even breathe normally. "Do you know where Lord Ryder is?" she asked, her
