The Holy grail

Derek's point of view:

I got out of the shower and wrapped a white towel around my waist. My body ached and I felt my ribs cracking.

It was as if I'd just gotten run through by a train. Fighting Golden boy wrecked me to pieces. I doubt I'd recover immediately.

Just as I stepped out of the shower into the locker room, there was Ronnie, waiting for me with a first aid box.

I stiffened when I saw her. What was she doing here? She was supposed to wait for me outside the locker room.

But it was just Ronnie and I at school. Golden boy and his boys had left for home.

After beating him, he stood up, shook my hand and gave me a smile. Without saying another word, he left me, taking his boys along with him.

And that was it.

The school was empty except for Ronnie and I. I decided to get a shower so I can have my wounds dressed.

Never did I think Ronnie would take the initiative to have my wounds dressed for me.

"Don't say anything," Ronnie said, "Just seat down and let me take care of
