“Which department are you in now?” Vincent asked while Melainy put a uni sushi into her mouth. Melainy had to speed up her chewing - now her puffy cheeks made her look like a hamster. The rainy season in Singapore starts in Nov. It could be annoying to walk outside such as rushing to the workplace, but when it rained during the weekends, seeing the rain drop on the window could be quite relaxing. That was what Vincent was doing on this Saturday afternoon, when it poured outside, the french windows allowed him to see the city in the rain, and the living room felt quiet and cozy. Melainy waited at the lobby of the high end service apartment. She did not dress up - just her normal university student look - white T shirt and denim shorts. She looked simple but confident, while women walking inside and out are usually dressed exquisitely, as if the lobby is the high fashion runway.
