29. Kay's Identity

I couldn't move my body. Only my eyes blinked weakly, and tried to recognize my current existence. However, it still didn't work. I had experienced so much misfortune and only hoped for two things, Jax to save and take me far away or die.

Who would be able to survive after experiencing the kind of harassment and abuse I had? There was no safe place for me now because Bri believed what Kay said more than what came out of my mouth. So it was useless to expect help from her.

I took the time for an evening walk while in the hospital. Bri drove me and kept me company for a while. I was silent from when she arrived until the moment in the park. And it seemed that my attitude was starting to worry her.
