Elysian looked exactly like a mental patient, especially when she was looking at nothing, muttering something inaudible and rocking her body back and forth.

When Elysian woke up, swaddled in the softness of Taylor’s sweater, with Adrian's hoodie balled up inher arms, the teddy that Vincent got her resting next to her head, the light was streaming through the curtains. The next day when Elysian woke up the pack was coming to see her, something compelled her to get out of bed without the two or three-hour upset lounging session she had been growing used to.For the first time since returning to her home, she put on a pot of coffee and found some cereal that she wouldn’t mind eating dry.
