IVY POV It's been two days since i saw Freya and now was the moment of truth. I was actually taken out of my room for the first time since I've been here and I was led to a room that was set up like a hospital operating room. So I went to the side window and I could see fires in the woods that I know Asher set as a distraction to get through the boarder and I smiled at that. But then I looked down and I saw Asher leading his pack of thousands onto the field around the house and they were met with just as many warriors and they all collided with a massive thud and a lot of snarling and fighting. IVY POV The battle was over. The dead needed to be claimed as ours or there's. And it was announced that I killed the Alpha. Which meant that I was the new leader of Jackson's pack. I felt the power of an Alpha surge through me as I gained control of his pack. Because I was unmarked, I was the Alpha, but once Asher marked me, he would be the Alpha and I would be the Luna. But Asher's pack had destroyed a quarter of the country. Killed thousands of innocent people. And it was broadcast on live TV. But so was this battle. IVY POV Arriving back on our territory I felt a huge weight being lifted off of my shoulders. I was finally home and it felt like I had been gone for so much longer than just two weeks. When I woke up the following morning I looked at the clock and realized it was 9am. I never expected to sleep in that late. I guess I was more exhausted than I thought.
