Chapter 9- Telling The Truth

Legolas left after Sarah's little outburst. Thus leaving Sarah all alone in her office. She had dimmed the light and started to work on her paperwork. Although it seemed to take her much longer to fill out the form than she usually did.

Sarah sighed yet again for the hundredth times in the last half an hour. This was pointless. She couldn't concentrate on any of her work, not when her mate was only a short distance away. If this were any other situation like eight years ago, she would have gone and found her mate for some special time.

"Mommy," a small tiny voice called, slowly opening the door to the office.

Sarah moved away from the desk and held her hands open. Both Aleena and Sarah had secret codes, such as opening their arms for cuddles. Aleena smiled and ran over to her mother, jumping into her hands.

"Who was that angry man?" The little girl, Aleena, asked, snuggling into Sarah's chest.
